today..was a sucky day..
coz they had a shortage of manpower..
i was told to answer calls..

its like pushing a soldier ,hu juz know how to play CS, into a war..

im juz supposed to answer calls, take down details of the caller, their prob and den pass down the things i wrote to my colleague hu will call them back..
at first it was ok..
quite fun actually..
coz time past really fast..
after lunch break..
everything changed..
FOR THE WORST!
damn it..
those callers got nasty..
..some of them said they haf been trying to get through the line for an hour..blah blah..
HELLO???? its CALL centre..ppl CALL us..
so its natural tat u will haf to WAIT..
morons!!!!
deres this mr goh..( i call him goh-and-die )
trust mi..
his an idiot..
he called and kp alot..he said other companies are better lah..this lah..tat lah..
den when i told him tat my in-charge will call him back, he said "wat type of service is this?!"

until finally, he said "u cant help mi, i will call again"

the only good thing tat happened at work today was..
deres a short, unforeseen, "break"..
the system went crazy and everyone couldnt answer any calls..
and those hu were on the line got their calls engaged..
hahahaha..

but im guessing its attempted terrorism..

anyway..
i SHOULD not be answering calls 2morow..
HOPEFULLY i wont..
