yes ppl. the time of the year has come whereby we find ourselves indulging in yue bings. aka mooncakes. coz its the mid-autumn festival.
i dunno when is it exactly. but i can tell its coming soon. (by looking at the mooncakes in my kitchen) though the moon didnt seem, to me, as round as it ought to be.
hmm. maybe the earth's climate change has SOMEHOW managed to alter the moon's rotation around us.
*GASP!!*
ok. that was alil' too far fetched. so its probably just that the day is not here yet. haha.
anyway. i seriously gained weight! i swear i have an extra tummy, that wasnt there 1 month ago.
not to worry. im not suffering from anorexia. im perfectly fine with the weight gain. in fact it was rather planned: i made sure i had supper everynight before going to bed. and it worked! =D
oh. know what day is it 2morow?? its friday.
BUT its not just any fridays.
its the $5million-toto-friday. hahahaha.
dont ask me since when have i become so 'auntie'. i guess its because of feeling lonely in the office. T.T
and ppl like me are not made to suffer like that. we will think of all sorts of stuffs to entertain ourselves. which will most probably explain my phone bill for the month. its not here yet but i can already hear my mum's voice ringing in my head. =(
ANYWAY. have to apologize to malcolm, jiakhee and emily. my mum didnt buy the numbers. the queue was (quite understandably) too long. sorry.

oh. theres another reason why im glad its friday 2morow. it would mean i broke my previous record of working consecutively for 4days. (at aviva) and it also marks the first week whereby my colleagues have seen my face every single day of the week. lucky them. HAHA. =X

im hereeee!!!! woooo!!!!
hahahaha.
i have decided not to extend the previous entry and start a new one instead. as this one is of little relevance with that.
what a week man. started off badly. in fact every week started off badly ever since i worked at aviva. not that the colleagues are bad (quite the contrary). its the job itself that sucks.
i had:
monday blues tuesday blues wednesday blues and thursday blues
only on friday did it started to get better. (although slightly marred by the exam results - i did better. but still below expectations)
met up with malc and peeps for kenneth's bday. ended up at natasha's house. laughed our butts off as sparky chewed on kenneth's socks. and attempted to hump him. hahahaha.
had a drink at a nearby pub. played bridge. played ps2. had brownies. did almost everything you can do at a friend's house.
except for: sleep. haha.
went to malcolm's. stayed awake till 5pm. before i officially threw in the white towel to fatigue. somehow i woke at 7pm and decided to head home, and throw myself into my bed's waiting "arms".
the problem is. he stays in tampines. holy shit!
"thats like the other end of spore lah!" "its even nearer to go msia!!"
nevertheless. the journey had to be made. saw kailin. eyes were itchy with tiredness. stood for over an hour (bloody hell) before the train uncle (apparently something was wrong with the usual female voice you get) pronounced that we have reached boon lay.
"like finally" *roll my eyes* tsk.
they should make a bullet train in spore. makes perfect sense.
ok it dont. haha.
anyway. i gained weight! i think. there seemed to be less room around my jean's waistband.
dont tell me it shrank. i dont want to hear that. haha.
ok. enough talk. time to sleep.

im starting to like simplicity all over again.
and im missing my o1 ppl. serious. the last time i saw them seemed a light year ago. almost. and i know its hard to meet up (esp the credit suisse ppl.) now that half of us are working. so its only the weekends but thats also the time you guys can rest. =( oh well.
anyway. people. have you seen the new ipod touch? oolala damn nice! tempting huh.
