we chose (oh yes..we got to choose) our timetable tat day..
and heres mine..
oh look!! monday..tat lecturer was my fms tutor..
his very nice..

but look again!! its lecture only..

i was listening-in to my colleague (Mr.Chia) when this agent called..
n trust mi..
shes the dumbest yet stubborn-est person i haf come across..
lets mi give yr a brief info on AIG first..
whenever an insured's (ppl hu has policy with us) policy is abt to expire, we will send them 2 letters to remind them..the first one 5-6weeks b4 actual date of expiry n the 2nd, 2wks b4..they are
exactly the same..
rite..
she called n said her client (the insured) juz received the 1st letter already but dont wan to renew..den this agent demanded for the 2nd one from my colleagues..

u got the first copy but u dont wan to use den insist on getting the 2nd copy..
nvm..she said mr chia was "stubborn"

if yr client is ridiculous den let him be lah..follow him for wat?!
and the best thing was..
she cant calculate wats 29-7..

i guess after thinking for quite some time, she rmb-ed tat she only had 20 fingers and toes..
so i dont blame her..

some agents are juz soooo dumb + rude + impolite + noisy..
